From Florence to Praia

Chef Matteo Ricci grew up in Florence, learning family recipes from his grandmother. After years in Michelin‑starred kitchens, he moved to Cape Verde to open Osteria n.3 – a place where authentic Italian cuisine meets the warm hospitality of the islands.

We source the finest local seafood, organic produce, and imported Italian delicacies. Every dish is made from scratch, from our hand‑rolled pasta to our slow‑fermented pizza dough.
